What went well for you in the past year? What gave you the most joy? What do you want to take with you from 2022 into 2023? What do you want to let go of?

In this workshop, journaling prompts like these will help you reflect on the past year and explore your hopes, dreams and goals for 2023. Give yourself the gift of a dedicated space to look back on 2022 with compassion and look forward to the new year with awareness and intention.

No prior journaling experience necessary. We’ll start the workshop with a brief introduction to “free-writing,” a relaxed, no-pressure approach that allows your words to flow onto the page.

This workshop will be led in English, but you are welcome to journal in whatever language you wish. The writing you do in this workshop is for you; you will not be asked to share it with other participants.

There will be two short breaks during the workshop.
